Cancellation/No show Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the doctors'/therapist day that could have been filled by another patient.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.
Fee is the FULL amount for the visit you canceled/no showed.

This consult is for new or established patients whom want to inquire about treatments, follow up questions post treatments etc. This is NOT a consultation for diagnosing purposes or for medical emergencies. This consult does not replace an initial consultation.
