Claire Clemons grew up in Mission, Texas, where her love for staying active started early. After graduating from Sharyland High School, she shifted from competitive figure skating to trying out all kinds of sports, including NPC bikini bodybuilding, national weightlifting, and CrossFit.
Her passion for health and wellness led her to start as a personal trainer, eventually becoming a CrossFit coach. In 2017, Claire decided to take things further and began her nursing journey, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Now, as an emergency critical care nurse, she combines her fitness background with her medical expertise to make a real difference.
Claire and her husband, Jeremy, run Mactown Fitness, a gym where they’ve built a supportive community for people chasing their fitness goals. On top of that, Claire has recently added IV therapy and peptide treatments to her services, helping clients feel great from the inside out. Whether she’s coaching, nursing, or offering wellness treatments, Claire’s mission stays the same: helping people become healthier, happier versions of themselves.
